I was very impressed from beginning to end with the professionalism and quality showed by Obrasa. From the 3 quotes that we received I decided to go with the most economic and was not disappointed. The work was carried out without delay and completed to a high standard within a week exactly as agreed. More importantly they were very transparent and we were billed exactly what we were quoted to begin with. All the work is guaranteed and this now gives us confidence to use Obrasa on any future projects.

Après consultation des devis de plusieurs entreprises, nous avons fait appel à OBRASA pour réaliser des travaux de transformation complète d'un appartement à Malaga avec modification des cloisons. Les travaux ont été réalisés avec une qualité de finition, dans les temps, avec une bonne coordination entre les intervenants, avec beaucoup de souplesse puisque nous avons modifié le projet en cours de route. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement de recevoir des conseils et d'être associés à tous les détails de réalisation. Nous avons obtenu ce que nous souhaitions. What clients ask before we start
Does Obrasa work with fixed-price quotes?
Yes. After visiting the property and studying the project, Obrasa provides a fixed quote that includes every cost of the renovation. Any change the client wants during the works is priced separately and only carried out with their approval.
What materials does Obrasa use?
It depends on the project, the client’s taste and the technical requirements of each build: concrete and steel for structures; wood, natural stone, ceramics and glass for cladding and finishes; and energy-efficient solutions whenever the project allows. Materials are chosen with the client to suit their budget and always comply with current regulations.
Does Obrasa meet deadlines?
Meeting the agreed deadlines is a commitment at Obrasa. Before works begin, a phased schedule is set, trades and materials are coordinated to avoid delays, and the client is kept informed throughout to anticipate any deviation.
