Data controller

What data we process

The data you give us when requesting a quote: name, phone, email (optional), any message you add and the project details (size, type of renovation, level of finish, location and whether you own the property). We also store the website language and, if you arrived from a campaign, its source.

If you ask us to message you on WhatsApp: your name and WhatsApp number, together with the website language and where your visit came from.

We also process the data you send us by email or WhatsApp, or when you call us.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare your quote and contact you about it. We do not use it to send you advertising.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation): you ask us for a quote and we need your data to give it to you.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request and, if we go ahead with the project, for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods. If we do not go ahead, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who else has access

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we rely on these data processors, who only use it on our instructions:

Alpardev: development and maintenance of the website and of the request management system (CRM) where form data is stored.
Vercel Inc.: hosts the website pages and may process technical connection data, such as the IP address, to serve them. Form data does not go through Vercel: it is sent directly to the CRM.

WhatsApp conversations go through that service, which is provided by Meta Platforms under its own privacy policy.

Cookie-free analytics

We measure visits with Umami, a tool installed on servers managed by Alpardev that does not use cookies or identify individuals: it only counts page views, where visits come from and clicks on the contact buttons, in aggregate.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to info@obrasa.es. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
