Yes. Obrasa coordinates the design, the permit process and the construction, so you have a single point of contact throughout the project.
Can an existing home be extended?
Yes, as long as the planning rules for the plot allow it. First the available buildable area is studied and, if there is room, the extension is designed to blend in with the house and outdoor areas.
