FAQ
What clients ask before we start
How much does a full renovation cost in Málaga?
It depends on the size, the condition of the property and the level of finish. As a guide, Obrasa works at three levels: essential (€500 to €1,000/m²), mid-range (€1,000 to €1,350/m²) and high-end (€1,350 to €2,000/m²). The exact price is set in a fixed quote after visiting the property.
Do I need to move out during a full renovation?
In a full renovation you usually do, because installations, floors, kitchen and bathrooms are worked on at the same time. In partial renovations it is sometimes possible to stay by organising the works by area. It is assessed case by case during the visit.
Do I need a permit to renovate a home?
It depends on the scope of the works and the municipality. Renovations that do not affect the structure or façade are usually processed as minor works or with a responsible declaration; those that affect the structure or façade need a major works licence and a technical project. Obrasa handles the paperwork.
